Dive into new stories each month that spark imagination and creativity in Kindergarten-2nd graders! We will read aloud stories from the Iowa Goldfinch Award booklist and then have some bookish fun. No registration required.
Monday, December 15, 2025 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
DIY Book Bedazzling. Join us for an evening of diamond painting and add a little pizzaz to a favorite book by bedazzling the cover. You will need to provide your own book and we will provide the rest of the supplies so you can add diamond painted accents to your book. Registration required.

Brighten up your holiday season with a free family DIY photo session!
We’ll supply the background and a tripod; all you need is a camera/phone and smiles!
The library will provide instructions, background, posing ideas, and props.
Just a reminder: pets must sit this one out due to the library's behavior policy.

Read, play, and chat with other homeschool kids ages 8-12. Each session features two fun meet-ups for games, crafts, and book talk--then a virtual visit with the author. Dates and times vary by session.

Calling all Romantasy lovers! Join our new book club every other month to discuss a Romantasy title! This event is for adults.
LIMITED copies will be available before the meeting. If you have KU or eResources, we recommend getting the book that way as many copies are checked out due to Romantasy being very popular.
